Synopsis:
A meteor lands in Midvale and gives mechanic Joe Smith super powers. Cal Payne, a promoter wants to use Joe to make money, but Joe insists on using his powers for free. Joe performs several charitable deeds with his powers, though Superboy must correct a few of his mistakes. Payne then tricks Joe by contracting him to do work for charity, though Payne intends to keep the money for himself. Superboy exposes Payne's plan and foils the scheme. Joe's powers eventually wear off, and his life returns to normal.
