Synopsis:
Johnny Quick must interrupt his capture of a gang of bank robbers in order to rescue Tubby Watts. The crooks escape while Johnny is distracted and also learn that Tubby is Johnny's friend. The crooks lure Tubby into a trap, where he summons Johnny. the crooks are ready for Johnny, but despite their prepared death-traps, Johnny prevails. Tubby is rescued, and the crooks are apprehended.
