Synopsis:
Clark Kent seeks to awaken the public about the Axis threat. He writes an article for the Planet, and a lawyer, Carl Bland, proposes the idea of a mock invasion. Clark takes the idea to the Planet and city officials, and they agree to participate.

On the day of the mock invasion, Carl Bland leads Nazis soldiers into Metropolis. Unknown to the citizens, the soldiers are real. Superman realizes their plan and acts to prevent their sabotage. The real invasion succeeds in awakening the public, and they increase their participation in the war effort.
