Synopsis:
Superman rescues one of his admirers, Herman Hoskins, from falling off a bridge. Herman wants to emulate his hero Superman and wears a copy of Superman’s costume, unfortunately he is clumsy. Later Superman is forced to rescue him again from a tiger at the circus.

Meanwhile a series of robberies using zoo animals are committed. Zoo keeper Zeb Harmon is arrested, but the real crook is the Leopard. Herman discovers that the Leopard is really cicrus publicist Sam Kennedy. Together with Superman, Herman defeats Kennedy and clears the name of Harmon.
