Synopsis:
Lois is sent to the zoo for a human interest story. She meets a ventriloquist who entertains the patrons by making the animals appear to talk. After the performance several on the spectators find that their wallets have been stolen by a pickpocket. Before Lois can investigate, a runaway peanut cart takes her for a ride. It crashes into the ventriloquist and his pickpocket accomplice. Lois gets credit for their capture.
