Synopsis:
Aquaman is injured when a rocket crashes into the ocean striking his head. He washes up on shore and is found by members of the Barnacle Gang. Suffering from amnesia, Aquaman is convinced to help the crooks recover their stolen loot. Aquaman regains his memory after getting the loot, but the gang takes him prisoner. Topo organizes the sea creatures to rescue Aquaman and apprehend the gang.
