Synopsis:
An ad for Green Arrow’s services appears in a local paper. A millionaire named Hector Vance will donate money to charity if Green Arrow will train him in archery. Green Arrow agrees and Vance is trained to be a master archer and use trick arrows.

A new criminal dressed in a red costume begins stealing using an archery motif. The crook is Vance who is really Herb Vraney. Vraney was a racketeer who was caught by Green Arrow. He had his appearance altered and vowed revenge on G.A..

The two archers duel using their special arrows. Green Arrow finally triumphs by blinding his opponent with a sun-arrow. The loot is recovered and Vance is returned to prison.
