Synopsis:
Millionaire John Nicholas builds a new playland for children called Fairyland Isle. After it's built, Nicholas dies in a boating accident. His inheritance is to be used to build more playlands across the country unless the original proves to be unsafe.

Nicholas's two nephews Ted and Ned hire gangster Fancy Dan to sabotage Fairyland Isle. Superman is contacted by the man playing Santa Claus. Superman prevents the accidents and rounds up the gang. Santa is revealed to be Nicolas himself. He faked his death as a test for his nephews. Superman then helps Nicholas distribute toys to the children.
