Synopsis:
Congo Bill visits the horse ranch of Jim Traden. Traden's horses have bouts of unexplained wildness which prevents him from selling them. He then gives the horses to a neighbor rancher. Congo Bill suspects the neighbor of swindling Traden. He investigates and discovers the neighbor used the scent of a mountain lion to scare Traden's horses. Bill exposes the scheme, saving Traden's ranch from bankruptcy.
