Synopsis:
Vigilante catches a burglar stealing small-time goods. The judge decides the man is just a kleptomaniac and releases him into the care of a ladies society. Vigilante suspects the crook is trying to steal from the women, but the ladies defend him, believing that they are rehabilitating him.

The crook is using the rehab to case the houses of the women and learn where they stole their valuables. Then he and his gang begin breaking into the houses and robbing them. Vigilante answers the call for help and attempts to stop the crooks. He distracts them by smashing phony jewels, which sound like gunshots when they break. He then apprehends the gang.
