Synopsis:
Congo Bill visits a Chinese school built underground to protect it from Japanese bombing. While Bill tours the school, an explosion occurs in the lab. Dr. Ling acts suspicious, so Bill investigates. He discovers that Dr. Ling and his assistant have discovered valuable tungsten deposits in the school. Ling plans to kill Professor Chang and close the school, then sell the tungsten to Japan. Bill exposes the plot and saves Chang's life.
