Synopsis:
While Zatara visits a nightclub, three thugs try to steal his top hat in hopes that it will provide them with magic. Zatara prevents the theft from occuring, but the crooks continue to try and steal it. After the crooks follow Zatara, they try to mug him and take the hat. Zatara uses magic to stop them. He then allows them to have the hat, which produces prison uniforms and a police wagon to take them to jail.
