Synopsis:
While hiding from the police, the Dummy encounters a group of midgets. He convinces them that the police are harassing him because he is little. The midgets decide to help the Dummy and hide him. However, he double-crosses them by stealing the box office receipts at a show, then kidnapping one of the midgets. Vigilante and the midgets then team up to locate the crook and his hide-out. When they find him, a midget girl helps deliver the knock-out blow, resulting in the Dummy's capture.
