Synopsis:
Detective P. Piper comes to Oak City and captures two wanted criminals. When he turns them in to the police for the reward, he learns the mayor and town council support the crooks. Piper tells Zatara the story, and the magician grants Piper the ability to make magical music. Piper leads all the crooks in town to jail using his magic flute. When the town has been cleaned up, a new mayor is elected, and Piper receives his reward.
