Synopsis:
When a hurricane strikes, Superboy rescues the Sutton family who are aboard a capsizing boat. Young Billy Sutton needs medical attention, so Superboy takes him to Dr. Blythe, a local surgeon. The doctor cannot operate on the boy without power and needs the consultation of a specialist from Baltimore. Superboy races around town and restores the power. He then helps the telephone operator connect a phone call from the specialist to Dr. Blythe. The surgery is a success, and young Billy is saved.
