Synopsis:
Aquaman rescues a drowning oceanologist. When he recovers, the scientists explains that thugs stole a manuscript from him concerning a theory about gold in sea water. Aquaman tries to attack the pirates, but is knocked out. When the crooks escape, Aquaman sets a trap for them by becoming an attraction at Dr. Roamer's Aquatic Museum. The pirates learn that Aquaman is using the museum to conduct gold mining experiments of his own. When they try to steal his research, Aquaman captures them.
