Synopsis:
Aliens led by CreatorČ have been tasked with creating a new planet to exact specifications. In order to accomplish their task they must destroy two worlds: Earth-2 and Earth-1. To complete their task, they capture the Red Tornado and use his android body to bridge the vibrational gap between the parallel planets. When the bridge is completed both worlds will be destroyed.

The aliens must also place matrix correctors on the surface of Earth-2. Three JSA members, Superman, Dr. Mid-Nite, and the Flash try to stop them, but they are defeated by web snares employed by the aliens. When the Justice Society members fall, their counterparts on Earth-1, Superman, Batman, and Flash, are mysteriously immobilized.

The remaining members of the JSA meet to formulate a strategy. On Earth-1, Hawkman and the Atom summon Green Lantern, Green Arrow, and Black Canary who had been on extended leave. They trace the problem to Earth-2. Unaware of the Red Tornado's involvement, Black Canary believes that it is her connection to that world which is putting both worlds in peril.
