Synopsis:
Lois Lane is assigned to cover a kite flying competition, while her rival Steve Bard covers a series of silk robberies. Lois is disappointed over the assignment, until she questions one of the boys about his kite. The boy explains that he made his kite from silk found in a nearby garage. Lois investigates and discovers the silk robbers. She summons the police and gets the story.
