Part 2: "The Super-Combat"

Synopsis:
Superman and Batman are taken through a space-warp tunnel to a World of Wonders by an alien named Jemphis. Jemphis gives them a tour of the planet which includes replicas of both heroes' headquarters. Inside Jemphis tries to hypnotize Superman and Batman, making them subserviant to him. Superman avoids the trap, but Batman become a slave.

Before Superman can act against Jemphis, the villain causes the sun to turn from yellow to red. Superman loses his powers and is attacked by Batman. The two are forced to duel in an arena. Batman is ordered to kill Superman, but he can't complete the order. Once he breaks the hypnosis, he and Superman free Jemphis's other prisoners. Jemphis himself falls victim to his own hypnotism and is driven insane.
