Synopsis:
Tommy Wells is a boy obsessed with roller skates. His father was a former champion who now works for a roller skate manufacturing company. When Robin sees two well-known gangsters leaving Tommy's house he gets suspicious. He learns that Jug Keeley and Marty Sloan have bought the skate company. Further investigation leads him to find jewels smuggled in the skate wheels, so Robin has the crooks arrested.
However, Keeley and Sloan are released. They come after Tommy in order to force his father to steal from the company safe. Robin helps Tommy escape from the crooks by building some make-shift roller skates. Once Tommy is safe, the crooks are arrested again. Tommy is then able to compete in a roller skate race.
