Synopsis:
The Trickster returns and steals a toy detective set from a child. He then uses special equipment that looks like the items in the set to perform his crimes. When Flash arrives, the Trickster uses his gadgets to make a fool of the speedster. He even returns the stolen money, as he is motivated more by humiliated the Scarlet Speedster.

Flash continues to pursue the Trickster, when the crook steals a valuable diamond. Trickster uses several more gadgets against his foe, but the Flash has prepared a trick of his own. He climbs in mid-air using a pre-positioned wire. Flash is then able to climb up to the Trickster's position in the air and handcuff him with handcuffs from the toy detective set.
