Synopsis:
Racketeer Big Ben Dudley takes over a beauty shop next to a payroll company. When he sends his men to break in to the safe next door, the Flash sees him. Another man, Knuckles O'Grady is out to rob the same safe in order to provide for his girlfriend. Knuckles has second thoughts about stealing. Flash then uses him to stop the crooks.

Later Joan Williams enters the beauty shop with Molly Bennett, a wealthy woman whose husband is too wrapped up in business to notice her. Big Ben kidnaps the girls and takes them aboard a train at the same time Knuckles and his girl get aboard. Flash intercepts the train, but does not immediately go after Dudley.

Big Ben tries to extort money from Mr. Bennett by using his wife. Joan plays cupid for the married couple, while Flash takes down the gangster. Flash then helps Knuckles impress a boxing agent. The young man can then earn a living and provide for his own girlfriend.
