Synopsis:
Crime boss Ticker Tock recruits sixty crooks to committ sixty robberies in sixty minutes. After the meeting, Ticker runs into Johnny Quick accidentally. Johnny hypnotizes Tock and learns the crooks' plan. Johnny then proceeds to stop every crime.

Before Johnny can complete his mission, Ticker escapes by hypnotizing Tubby. Ticker then plans a trap for Johnny. Johnny is caught inside a steel room. He creates diamonds from coal, then drills his way out. Johnny then rounds up the remaining crooks including Ticker.
