Synopsis:
The coastal city of New Venice was flooded. Six months later the city has adapted to the conditions and the citizens use the roads for boating. The police force has been unable to adapt as quickly. The mayor asks Aquaman for help.

Aquaman returns with his fish friends as the Sea Police. Together, the fish and Aquaman stop speeding boaters, pickpockets, some out-of-season fishermen, and a hold-up man.

The water begins to drain from the city. A crack in the ocean floor has opened which is responsible for the drainage. The people of New Venice enjoy the new way of life and don’t want the city to be drained. Aquaman helps to plug up he hole which maintains the flooded roadways. The people are happy, and Aquaman turns over authority back to the regular police force.
