Synopsis:
Superboy prevents several traffic accidents involving young drivers. He warns them to be more careful when driving. He then works with the mayor to set up a traffic safety program which teaches drivers. Many of the boys Superboy helped join the safety patrol to keep the streets safe for everyone.
