Synopsis:
Tubby Watts asks his boss for a promotion to cameraman. The boss gives Tubby an assignment filled with dull locations, knowing that Tubby will fail. Johnny Quick decides to help Tubby by secretly creating excitement for Tubby to film. After completing the job, Tubby returns to the office to show the boss his footage. The boss is surprised when Tubby tells him about the exciting events. However, Tubby forgot to load the camera, so he didn't capture anything on film. Tubby loses his chance to be a cameraman, so he returns to his job as Johnny's assistant.
