Synopsis:
Tubby Watts gives up his job as Johnny's assistant and opens a new restaurant. He soon finds crooks outside the store, but Johnny Quick chases them away. The crooks return again and sabotage the power to the restaurant kitchen. Johnny Quick helps keep the restaurant running, then he apprehends the crooks. Finally, he tricks them into revealing the location of some stolen gems which were hidden in the restaurant. Following the near disaster, Tubby sells his restaurant and goes back to work as Johnny's assistant.
