Synopsis:
Pirate Captain Jules Rogers attempts to win a shipping contract by beating Aquaman's friend Matt Cleary in a race. Rogers bribes Cleary's crew into quitting and helps sabotage his ship. Aquaman and his fish friends repair the damage and help guide the ship past several threats. Rogers finally uses a torpedo to try to sink Cleary's ship, but Aquaman's fish redirect the torpedo upon Rogers's own vessel. Cleary wins the contract, and Rogers is turned over to authorities.
