Synopsis:
Jay Garrick attends a meeting of the Liar's Club and trades Christmas tales. Jay makes up a story in which the three dimwits create a time machine for criminal Sam Snark. They use they time machine to travel into the past where Snark plans to steal toys from a famous toy maker. Flash follows them and turns the toymaker into Santa Claus, distributing toys to children.

For once, the Liar's Club believes Jay's story. They think that the Flash started the legend of Santa Claus. Though Jay admits his tale has entirely fabricated this time, the club refuses to take his word and does not award him the prize for the best lie.
