This story is continued from Action Comics #390.

Synopsis:
The Legion has gone undercover on the planet Lahum to help overthrow Peralla, a dictator. However, Diol Masrin, the leader of the revolution is an agent of the Dark Circle. The Legion cannot allow him to take power. With the help of Element Lad's power, the disguised Legionnaires defeat Peralla's army. They then storm the capital and defeat Peralla. Then Element Lad tricks Masrin into betraying his own men by changing the treasure given to the troops into worthless materials. Masrin is deposed, preventing the Dark Circle from taking over the planet.
