Synopsis:
Johnny and Tubby prepare to film the motorcycle races at the Wonder Island Amusement Park. Tubby's nephew Dudley joins them and begins causing trouble. Dudley tries to be a cowboy and is nearly killed, but Johnny Quick saves him.

When crooks who are planning to rob the box office see Johnny, then come up with a plan to stop him from interfering. They trick Dudley into putting himself into more dangerous situations, forcing Johnny to save him rather than pursue the crooks. Johnny is able to handle both Dudley and the crooks, capturing them despite their efforts to divert him.
