Synopsis:
Aquaman opens an undersea bank where ship captains can safely store valuable items and currency. Aquaman gives a tour of the bank to one of the captains' sons, Billy. The boy later tells his friends about the bank and is overheard by a member of pirate Willie Desmond's crew.

Desmond decides to rob Aquaman's bank, so he lures the Sea King away with a phony distress call. He then works his way past Aquaman's fish friends in charge of security. Desmond eventually breaks into the undersea vault. However, when he surfaces, Aquaman and the Coast Guard are waiting to take him into custody.
