Synopsis:
When several of Aquaman's sea creature pals begin causing problems for passing ships due to mischievous pranks, Aquaman incarcerates them in an undersea jail. Pirate Captain Fleet finds the jail and releases the criminal fish prior to robbing a cargo freighter. Aquaman tries to help the freighter, but he is captured. Fleet tries to escape with the loot, but the criminal fish pull their pranks on his ship, eventually causing it to capsize. When Aquaman gets free, he rounds up the gang and awards the fish full pardons.
