Synopsis:
When a sea lion catches a contagious disease, Aquaman places him in isolation under the sea. Then he tracks down Dirk Jenkins, a smuggler. Jenkins sees Aquaman, so he sends one of his men underwater to release the quarantined animal.

When the sea lion gets free, Aquaman is forced to quarantine the entire area including himself. He is therefore unable to pursue Dirk. However, using a lantern fish to signal the pirates, Aquaman lures the crooks into the quarantined area, where he can safely apprehend them. When the quarantine period is over, Aquaman turns them over to authorities.
