Synopsis:
An eccentric millionaire leaves his money to two men known for their slowness and Tubby Watts. The will is conditional though, as the three men must not move fast for six months. Rodney Gale, Winters's nephew, stages disasters in order to try and make the men move fast. Johnny Quick prevents the disasters and saves the men. Gale believes Tubby is really Johnny Quick and tries to prove it. Johnny proves him wrong and turns him over to the authorities.
