Darnell is promoted from Colonel to General at the conclusion of this story.

Synopsis:
Draska Nishki approaches Colonel Darnell claiming to have stolen secret plans to America's latest super weapon. She offers to return the plans for a million dollars.

Darnell sends Steve Trevor and the Holliday Girls to a costume party to verify Draska's claim and recover the plans. Wonder Woman switches costumes with Betty, one of the Holliday Girls, and attends the party too. Steve and Betty are kidnapped by Draska, who escapes.

Wonder Woman, the Holliday Girls, and Darnell follow Draska. Wonder Woman switches places with Betty again and surprises Draska. Steve is rescued, and the spy is forced to return the stolen plans. Darnell is then promoted to General for his role in Draska's capture.
