Synopsis:
When Stretch Skinner becomes a laughingstock, even to his friend Wildcat, the angry detective joins the Mighty Muscle Company to improve his physique. Ted Grant joins too in disguise and realizes the company is run by crooks. The crooks blindfold Stretch and turn him into an unsuspecting thief. Wildcat intervenes, showing his friend the truth, and by capturing the crooks. Stretch and Wildcat then make amends for their argument.
