Synopsis:
Two small-time crooks decide to use detective story author Algy Aitch to help them plan crimes. Algy uses test robberies to try out his ideas, but he never actually steals anything. The crooks however have other intentions.

When Algy and the crooks strike aboard a cruise ship, their actions are witnessed by Terry Sloane. Terry then goes into action as Mr. Terrific to stop them. After he apprehends the crooks and rescues Algy, he convinces the author to give up detective stories and his test robberies.
