Synopsis:
While on the way to Washington, the train carrying Steve Trevor and Diana Prince stops due to a power failure. Wonder Woman pulls the train the rest of the way into the city, then investigates the power outage. A criminal called Anti Electric is blackmailing the city with a device that can cancel electric power. Wonder Woman tracks down the crook's hideout, but she is captured.

Anti Electric then demands that he be paid off in company stock. Steve Trevor delivers the pay off to the villain and is also taken prisoner. Anti Electric then threatens to kill Steve unless Wonder Woman returns to town and claims that she was behind the blackmail. Wonder Woman refuses and is able to escape. She destroys the machine which cancels electricity, rescues Steve, and exposes Anti Electric as railroad company president Mr. Keen.
