Synopsis:
Smallville honors Superboy with a celebration in his name. Superboy then agrees to perform a series of tasks and feats to be captured on film. The judges for the event are replaced by mobsters in an attempt to get Superboy to help their crimes. Superboy thwarts each of their efforts having seen through their disguises. He performs each feat and apprehends the crooks at the same time.
