Synopsis:
Two midget actors perform in a play featuring Super-Midget. Lois and Clark meet the actors backstage, but when Clark’s X-ray vision is used near Super-Midget’s health tonic it changes the man into a full grown adult.

Superman feels bad that his powers affected Tom Thumb, so he exchanges places in time with his younger self. The real Super-Tot fills in for Tom in the next performance which turns out well because another actor tries to hurt Tom during the show.

Afterward, Superman returns to his own time and the crook is captured.
