Synopsis:
A gang of crooks in Australia discover Velma Vanton, a woman who looks exactly like Wonder Woman. The crooks pose as intelligence operatives and dupe Velma into helping them with their crimes. In doing so they also frame Wonder Woman as an accomplice.

When the crooks find Steve Trevor on a remote island, they use the fake Wonder Woman to capture him. The real Wonder Woman arrives to help him and is also captured.

The crooks then force Steve to identify the real Amazon. The other will be killed. Wonder Woman tries to sacrifice herself, but Steve correctly picks her out. The crooks attempt to kill both girls, but Wonder Woman breaks loose and defeats them. Velma is injured in the fight, so she is taken to Paula's lab. The girl is restored to health, but Paula alters her facial features so that she is no longer Wonder Woman's double.
