Synopsis:
Each member of Clark Kent's class receives a foreign pen-pal. The foreign students all express admiration for Superboy and send gifts for him. Clark's pen-pal however does not send a gift, and when Superboy looks inside the packages he finds rubbish.
Confused, Superboy visits the foreign countries and meets the pen-pals face-to-face. He solves the mystery behind the rubbish gifts, learning that crooks have stolen the real ones. With the help of the pen-pals, Superboy brings the thieves to justice.
Superboy then visits Clark's pen-pal in Holland. He discovers that the community is very poor, so Superboy rebuilds their village. When he returns to Smallville, Superboy is honored by the class.
