Synopsis:
Jerry Howes, a traveling musician, arrives in Smallville and attracts teenagers with his music. When the teenagers begin following Jerry into dangerous situations, parents become worried. Jerry claims to be breaking no laws, but offers to leave town if they pay him. Superboy soon discovers that he is paying the kids to follow him. Superboy exposes the con, and reveals that the real Jerry has been replaced by Gaff Lomar, a wanted crook.
