Synopsis:
Ray Palmer is called away on a mission for the government. On the way, he stops at a carnival to break up a robbery as the Atom. During the fight he is knocked out. A bizarre set of circumstances cause him to have amnesia, and he wakes up believing he is a flea in a flea circus.

Atom performs in the flea circus, until Jean Loring happens to pass by. Her familiar voice jogs Atom's memory. He also recalls that a gang of spies hypnotized him and plan on stealing secret government plans using a Ray Palmer imposter. Atom leaves the circus and tracks down the spies. He defeats them, then proceeds to eliminate an overdose of protonic radiation from his body. The radiation which was used to offset the chronal radiation in his body was responsible for causing his amnesia.
