Wally is mistakenly refered to as Walter West. His correct name is Wallace.

Synopsis:
As fraternity initiation test, Wally and his friend Pete Willard must spend until midnight in a haunted house. Wally and Pete pass the time by talking about Kid Flash. Pete doesn’t believe Kid Flash can do the things that people have claimed. Wally tries to set him straight.

Suddenly, two men in sheets appear and chase the boys away. Wally slips away and becomes Kid Flash. He returns and discovers the men are crooks. He uses the sheets to make himself look ghostly and chases the men to the police station.

Kid Flash returns to the house, where outside Pete is stuck in the path of a rockslide. Kid Flash rescues him. Pete now accepts Kid Flash’s abilities as fact. Pete returns to the house. Kid Flash has switched back to Wally and is waiting for him. The two boys finish their initiation and join the fraternity.
