Jimmy learns that Super-Senor has no powers, but is helped by his son Pancho to make the police believe he does.

Jimmy assists Super-Senor to resist the dictator. When a wire snaps that is supporting Super-Senor, he and Jimmy are caught and imprisoned. Superman comes to the rescue and trades places with Super-Senor. Using his super powers, he convinces the police, he is not a fraud.
