Synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen is brought to Hollywood to serve as a director on a movie about his adventures with Superman. While filming, Cecil Hathaway, the actor playing Jimmy, is given Jimmy’s signal watch to summon Superman. However, when the scene calls for him to use the watch, he instead uses his wits to escape the dilemma.

When a real emergency arises, Cecil can’t use the signal watch because Jimmy and Cecil were covering for the fact that the watch was lost. However, the watch is found, and Superman arrives to save the day.
