Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy attempt to prevent a flying mechanical octopus from stealing jewels from inside a skyscraper. They retrieve the loot, but the crooks get away in the octopus. When the mechanical octopus strikes again, Green Arrow and Speedy are ensnared by its tentacles. They are imprisoned by the crooks, but Green Arrow breaks free with an acetylene arrow. The archers then destroy the octopus as it attacks an ocean liner.
