Synopsis:
Killer Shark returns with his gang to commit a new series of crimes. The Blackhawks try to catch the crook, but he has changed his means of escape from using water related means to land and air escapes.

The Blackhawks manage to capture one of the Shark’s gang which provides them with one piece of evidence. When the crook and his gang strike again, the Black Knights are able to trail him to his hideout, thanks to a tide schedule found with the captured gang member.
